Delivery and Click & Collect Information

Local Deliveries

We currently offer local delivery within a 25-mile radius of South Shields (NE32 3HG) at a flat rate of £9.99.

As fireworks are classified as explosives, they cannot be shipped via standard couriers — this delivery charge covers the cost of safe and compliant transport.

Deliveries are carried out using our own vehicles or a specialist firework courier. Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time (Monday to Friday).

Please note that an adult aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery. Our drivers and couriers reserve the right to request photo ID to verify age.

Nationwide Delivery

Due to courier restrictions, we are currently unable to offer nationwide delivery.


Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your order? We offer a Click & Collect service — simply pay for your order on our website and we’ll hold it for 72 hours at our showroom.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 hour of ordering, though during busy periods this may take longer. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready — please do not arrive before you’ve received this confirmation, as your order may not yet be picked and ready.

Returns & Damages

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged fireworks. We’ll then advise you on the next steps and the appropriate disposal or return procedure.

Cancellation & Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after receiving your goods.

Cancellations must be made in writing (letter or email). Once cancelled, you must take reasonable care of the goods and arrange their safe return via our specialist hazardous goods courier — this cost is covered by the customer.

If we need to recover the goods, the recovery cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds (minus any recovery and restocking fees) will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

If your goods are faulty or not as described under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we will cover the cost of recovering the goods.
