Delivery and Click & Collect Information<\/h1>\n

Local Deliveries<\/h2>\n

We currently offer local delivery within a 25-mile radius of South Shields (NE32 3HG)<\/strong> at a flat rate of \u00a39.99<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As fireworks are classified as explosives, they cannot be shipped via standard couriers \u2014 this delivery charge covers the cost of safe and compliant transport.<\/p>\n

Deliveries are carried out using our own vehicles<\/strong> or a specialist firework courier<\/strong>. Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will call you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time<\/strong> (Monday to Friday).<\/p>\n

Please note that an adult aged 18 or over<\/strong> must be present to receive the delivery. Our drivers and couriers reserve the right to request photo ID to verify age.<\/p>\n

Nationwide Delivery<\/h3>\n

Due to courier restrictions, we are currently unable to offer nationwide delivery.<\/p>\n

Click & Collect<\/h2>\n

Prefer to collect your order? We offer a Click & Collect service<\/strong> \u2014 simply pay for your order on our website and we\u2019ll hold it for 72 hours<\/strong> at our showroom.<\/p>\n

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 hour<\/strong> of ordering, though during busy periods this may take longer. You\u2019ll receive a notification when your order is ready \u2014 please do not arrive before you\u2019ve received this confirmation<\/strong>, as your order may not yet be picked and ready.<\/p>\n

Returns & Damages<\/h2>\n

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong> and include a photo of the damaged fireworks<\/strong>. We\u2019ll then advise you on the next steps and the appropriate disposal or return procedure.<\/p>\n

Cancellation & Consumer Rights<\/h2>\n

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days<\/strong> from the day after receiving your goods.<\/p>\n

Cancellations must be made in writing<\/strong> (letter or email). Once cancelled, you must take reasonable care of the goods and arrange their safe return via our specialist hazardous goods courier<\/strong> \u2014 this cost is covered by the customer.<\/p>\n

If we need to recover the goods, the recovery cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds (minus any recovery and restocking fees) will be issued within 30 days<\/strong> of cancellation.<\/p>\n
